Joel E. Tencer, graduated with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 1968 and his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972. In 2006, Joel received a full membership as a Canadian Certified Immigration Practitioner.
