I went to this shop a year or so ago and did not write a review at the time. My son lives in the west end and was having trouble with his computer. He went to a shop on College and they lied about what repairs need to be done. I told him to make the trek east next time. I needed my hard drive replaced in my mac. I had previously done this somewhere else and was charged 300. This shop charged me 100 and did a great job. I went there after to purchase a keyboard and was about to get a more expensive one when the kind gentleman told me that a less expensive one would suit my purposes. A true and lovely man. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here to fix my cell phone twice. The work is always well done and fast. After calling around to several other cell phone repair shops, this seems to have the best price as well.

The screen broke on my iPhone 5. I brought it in and was told it would take a half hour and cost $ 75. Came back and my phone screen was replaced but didn’t work. The owner tried 3 different screens but none worked. He sent the phone off to a specialist. I was without a phone for 2 days. Later I got word my phone was officially broken. I was upset. Owner said he’d order me a phone. I was like, «this is nuts!» The phone arrived. He apologized and thanked me for my patience. Phone cost him $ 250. He only charged me the original $ 75.
There’s a lot of talk out there about honorable men. Whether or not true gentlemen still exist. Well, let me tell you that a honest and just man works within the walls of iTel. A man worth his weight in gold. Perhaps the only man left on this earth deserving of our respect. The dignity and respect oozes out of this man like lava from a peaceful volcano. A hero. A sweet prince of electronics repair. A man as complex and sleek as the mobil devices he repairs. Other electronic repair owners whimper at his nobility. Royalty in the eyes of those he services. A God among men.
His name? Didn’t catch it actually.

I dropped my iphone5 and its screen got cracked. I found this place on Unilocal and decided to try after reading good reviews. The owner of the store changed the screen within 15 minutes and offered a screen protector for free. I am very happy with the service and the price was really reasonable too. I will definitely recommend this place!

These guys are great, honest, hard-​working, reasonable. I was dubious when they told me my screen needed to be replaced on my water-​damaged Nexus 5, but they were exactly right, and as they hoped, it works perfectly now.
Wouldn’t hesitate to go to them again.

My phone fell out of my bike basket and onto the street car tracks and the screen was totally smashed. I brought my phone to ITel after reading great Unilocal reviews and it was totally worth the trip. The store manager fixed it in just over 35 minutes. Unfortunately there were additional problems from the fall but I brought it back to him and he fixed it for no additional charge right on the spot.
This place is fantastic. The customer service is awesome and the store manager knows a lot about what he is doing! I really recommend this place!

I dropped my iphone 5, as I have done many times, and this time the screen cracked.
I wanted a local business, I had no intention of traipsing to the Eaton centre.
The guy in the store said that he could do it straight away, it would take about 45 mins, I sat in my car to wait and 30 mins later he walked out to me with my repaired phone!
I would definitely use again, free parking, but even without a car, it’s walking distance from home. Bonus!

I biked all the way from west end to get my phone fixed and it was worth it.
I had a broken front screen and the store manager /​owner was very friendly and gave me a very justified price. Much better than the competitors. He fixed it on the spot… so fast service.=)
I have to agree with A. L and say that this man is mild-​mannered and very kind.
He is justified to get your business so don’t hesitate to get your phone fixed here.

I’ve been here twice to deal with iPhone issues.
The first time was to unlock an old iPhone I was giving to a friend. The man working there was very nice and charged $ 25. It was done within an hour.
The second time I dropped my iPhone 4S and the back was cracked. I believe this was about $ 30 to replace and he did it on the spot. I also invested in a cover to prevent it from breaking again.
I can’t express how mild mannered and kind the man who works there is. He is very easy to deal with.
