I agree with the original review, there were many nightmarish things that occured due to the dean of the school during my time there. Its funny how I don’t even know that student and they hit everythng right on the money. The rash of good reviews is due to the dean emailing people asking to give a good review to make up for the bad one.
The truth of the matter is, and is easily confirmed by many past students, we were verbally abused, treated like garbage, pitted against each other, forced to fake nice and yes, the washroom situation was disgusting.
The education there is truly based on yourself so I will not comment there. I did well at the exams and made sure myself that I was prepared. The main problems with this school are all personal issues and personal attacks you are made to endure while a student. I wanted to leave many times but knew that I would receive no transfer credits because the dean would have held my transcript. Yes I do truly believe that is her character, she will flat out tell you that. She pretends to care about her students when others are around, otherwise she is a snake. She has a reputation with others within the industry. When you mention her name at a conferance or to others they all react the same with either fear or disgust.
Do not accept the fluffy five star reviews of this school, yes they are biased as admitted at one point, and also flawed. They do not address the original issue or complaint by the first individual.
I have never reccomended this school to anyone, nor will I, but I do not go around bashing it either, I would rather just forget that I was ever a student there to tell you the truth. I rarely admit I attended that school and have met other students after me and we all have the same opinions and its funny how the same things that happened to my class, happened to a number after me. I met past students, they aren’t even registered and they spent years with this woman thru two schools. Absolutely unreal. And they are so mangled by their time there you ask details and they are instantly stressed. I am sure other students got the same email I did, and if they write a review after me, I am sure they will feel the same way as the first one, or they will just choose to ignore the email received and not respond at all,
because they all just want to forget their time and never be associated with that school ever again

This is a massage school prepares people to become ready for the test of CMTO to be RMT, run privately, actually by a woman named S. R. It is the worst school I ever been and also the other students agree with me.
The school is on 5^th floor in the very old scary building and there is no sign outside the building (because it costs her money-​she said). After elevator takes you to the 5^th floor you will see at the door, a paper printed name of the school (so you know you are at the place). The woman who owns this school is so controlling and a very wicked person. She is pretending and grudge, I think she is unfit for the job, or may be having unstable mood. My main concern is her verbal abusive behavior apart from other unpleasant things that exist in the school under her management. There are always only 3 – 5 students in class because nobody likes this school. Even in clinic, there are not many patients for you to practice, only 2 regular cheap clients keep coming for student clinic.
She also never keeps her word, what she said just tries to attract you to register, once you are hooked, you will never get chance to talk because she will not talk to you (all excuses not giving you chance to communicate). Here are what she said– no time, busy, you have 2 minutes, give me in writing– etc except when you are paying her money, she ‘s always available with in short notice.
One of a classic scene that normally happens in this school is she always pick 1 or 2 students (let me call the «victim») and that lucky victim will always be verbally abused and treated like garbage. Whatever the victim did or said will be blamed or criticized by her while the other students stayed silently watching things happened. What one can feel is the bitterness and lowliness, one may have lost self-​esteem. Is it a good environment for student or encouraging place? I don’t think so.
The wash room is always locked, you need to get the key all the time and there are 2 wash rooms for men and 1 room for women, so you have to learn to manage your urinary bladder. Besides, you can’t go wash room too often or spend time too long as she will come check or stalk you there. Pls note– this is not going washroom to use the phone.
In class, she doesn’t allowed you to place your stuffs on the chair, definitely not on the table. You must place your bag, books, materials etc on the FLOOR only, leave the chairs empty and put the stuffs on the floor.
Some afternoons when there is no class, you will be asked to leave the school (just get out or go hang out at public library nearby) and be back in the evening for clinic. Because there is nobody in school, if she is not around she won’t let students in her setting. What kind of educational institute is this? There is no reception or assistance in the office. (Don’t forget the price you paid is as much as or more than the other schools that provide you same program and full-​time staff in the office to serve the student and visitor effectively. The excuse of managing cost by not providing enough staff for the efficiency in your business is so lame and unprofessional.
How come the school is just run by one person? This should just be a tutorial class, not a school. Well, there are 2 – 3 p/​t instructors (not really great). And since it is run by this kind of person so it is a misery for the victimized students. No one can complain, no one can you talk, this is totally not a good governance. If you want to complain, the process is that you write it and submit the complaint to her, and you are trying to complain about her to her. Will you see any future?
It tries to attract students that the program takes only 1 yr. But not all will graduate, and not all graduates in 1 yr. Many quited. (she claimed 0 drop out rate in her commercial, this is UNTRUE). Make no mistake, consider other better schools.
There are more stories but I hate to talk about and space here is not enough. I already got over it and am happy with my life but I just don’t want anyone to be a victim anymore. Please listen to my review. I don’t want you to suffer like me and the other students. We deserve better treat, not in this abusive — controlling environment. I am not afraid to share this truth to public.
ps. Some tricks for your information; 1. You will always be told– the tuition fee will increase – make decision NOW. (. hard sell !)
2.Check some positive reviews carefully, they don’t address the problems but just try to convince the prospect to register to the program. Who wrote? You knew it. (I respect those comments who said had great experience but I have to pinpoint the different part which is also the truth.)
3.Interestingly that the positive review (s) always come at the recruiting time. Reviews come so that the prospect see the positive stories and in favour to the school.
