Insight Tutoring Services provides individual and group tutoring in the comfort of your own home. Tutors work with students from pre-​kindergarten through grade 12, and offer help with homework, proofreading, and editing for all subjects. We believe in our students, and will assess their strengths and weaknesses in order to work towards raising grades and test scores. We also provide enrichment learning for students wanting to get ahead of the class, remedial support for those needing extra help, and study skills coaching.

Other speciality services include:

Meet the Business Owner

Janine S.

Business Owner

Janine has been in the helping field since 2007, working with both teens and adults in Canada and internationally. She is an experienced psychotherapist, teacher, artist, and public speaker who recently presented a workshop on mindfulness at the Intercultural Counselling and Education in the Global World Conference in Verona, Italy. She is a practicing member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP) and the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).

As both an educator and a psychotherapist, she believes that education and mental well being are intricately linked. As in her work as a teacher, where she discovers the uniqueness of each student to strengthen their academic pursuits and confidence, she believes that each client has unique strengths that can help with his or her own healing process.
