In & Out Moving

Okay, listen and listen good. If you do NOT hire this company to do your move, you’re just plain out of your tree.
All of my email correspondence after booking was answered very quickly and very professionally. Jason answered all of my questions without exception and even put my mind at ease about the whole moving thing.
Full move in under 3 hours. Nothing missing. Nothing broken. And just the best experience ever. Jason, Scott and Gord (who is very powerful) were extremely friendly, funny and unbelievably efficient. What a price, too! I’ve had a lot of really bad movers in my day with every sort of extra fee you could imagine. These guys did not do that to me. I have five different flights of stairs in my new home and they didn’t add a fee and never one complained.
If I didn’t hate moving so much, I’d do it again just so I could hire them.

These guys are amazing. Everything — from the initial request for a quote up to moving day itself — went smoothly. They made the moving process as painless as it can possibly be. Don’t worry about the per hour billing — they actually work fast without sacrificing quality and make sure that your stuff gets to the destination safely. They were pretty great at packing too. Highly recommended!

I called In and Out after reading all the great reviews on Unilocal and was not disappointed. The 2 movers that showed up were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I was really impressed with their professionalism and care for my belongings. I would definitely call these guys again. All the reviews are right, this was the best move ever.

Moving usually sucks, right? The great guys at In & Out Moving made sure our latest move did not suck. At all. We moved the contents of our 1+1 bedroom condo to two separate locations (storage and a new residence while we’re having renos done) in downtown Toronto. The three guys — all very polite, professional, knowledgable (and strong, wow) — wrapped our furniture and packed the truck specially to accommodate the double drop-​off. It all went down in 4 hours, which was pretty great, considering that we had bulky furniture, a lot of boxes (around 50), a big shelf to dismantle, and it was cold and snowing. The guys were constantly moving. There was some light damage to one piece of furniture, but everything else survived the trip. We will definitely be using In & Out again in a few months. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, professional suck-​free move.

WOW!!! Just WOW. Never again will I struggle with moving a couch down an awkward narrow hallway with a hairpin turn. No longer will I call on the might power of He-​man to lift said couch over an extra 6 inches of hand railing going up 2 flights of stairs. I will let In & Out take care of it. After all they are professionals.
They showed up at 10:30, and were 100% completed the move by 2:30. Now mind you, we had all our stuff in boxes in the main room and the elevator booked for the appropriate amount of time. We just coordinated with Mike and we left the rest to them. They disassembled our 4×4 heavy Ikea Expedit shelving unit in record time and transported it with ease for us to put back together that night. It’s already got the bar in it.
They even disassembled my frustratingly awesome pull out, again, by Ikea. (They hate that word. Just kidding. No but seriously I can’t imagine how much stuff they see made by them Swedes)
Anyway, they were friendly, considerate, easy to work with and AFFORDABLE. HOLY MOLY! Some of the other movers quoted us double the amount it actually cost for these guys to get our stuff moved. Oh, and did I mention, I actually do have a 3^rd floor, no elevator with extra high railings coming into the back. They hauled it all out of the truck faster than it took to get it all IN the truck. They truly were In & Out. Faster than… well…

Picked these guys based on recommendations from some friends and they did not disappoint. Showed up 10 minutes early and packed out 550 sq ft apartment up in 50 minutes including a flight of stairs. 20 minute drive to our new place and they unloaded in 40 minutes (no stairs)
A+ would use again and they accept credit card, but we had cash on hand.

I had a really pleasant experience with In and Out Moving. They were able to accommodate my dates and move time. They provided a reasonable estimate and I found them to be reasonably priced for the move they did (which was moving many pieces of heavy furniture around my home). I’ve had other movers help in the past and I’ve always gotten «attitude» from the movers but the guys who did the work were really friendly but focused on getting the job done well and in a timely fashion. I’d recommend them.

What an amazing moving company. Super fair pricing with no hidden fees. They came on time and incredibly efficient. The whole team was very friendly and I am without any doubt going to recommend this company to anyone I know who is moving. Great job!!! :)

Jeremy and Mike defeated the odds with a broken elevator and moved as quickly as possible — including a 300 lb. treadmill, Queen bed, etc. — to save us the money that we otherwise would have wasted. The situation was due to building management, through no fault of their own, and completely stressful — but Jeremy and Mike were total professionals and made sure the job got done. This is my first review, and I had to leave it because of how impressed I was with this company. Moving is stressful already, do yourself a favour and hire professionals like In & Out Moving.

The worst thing in the world is moving, stressful, headache, panic attacks, but not with In n Out movers. Jason and his team of unbelievable men made my move the most stress free two days of my life. They moved me out of my one condo on a Friday night (15 minutes early), and than stored my contents over night and moved me into my new condo first Saturday morning. The two guys that moved were amazing, professional and very polite.
If you are moving please do not hesitate to call Jason to set it up and also ask for Mike to move you.

I generally prefer root canals to moving, and selecting a moving company is one of the most stressful parts of the process. Based on their excellent Unilocal reviews, I reached out to Jason at In & Out moving, and his company proceeded to make this process as painless as possible.
Scheduling was no problem and communication was good. Their two-​person crew and truck showed up early and were friendly and pleasant. Sam and Jas were careful with my belongings and wrapped all the fragile items in plenty of pads or shrink wrap. They were definitely well-​secured and professionally arranged in the truck.
I was a bit nervous hiring a moving company that charges by time, but I quickly learned I had no reason to fear as they were definitely not taking a furtive smoke break. When they got to my new apartment up a flight of stairs to the second floor, they were busting their behinds to get my stuff up the stairs. It was the hottest day of the year so far, and they barely even stopped to take a drink of water. Really seriously hard-​working guys.
In the end, everything was moved in perfect condition save for 1 broken wine glass, which is entirely expected given that we packed stuff ourselves.
I recommend this company without hesitation!

How to describe the moving experience with In and Out Moving… I am not sure there are enough positive adjectives.
Mark and Mike were punctual, efficient, friendly, and fast. Even when the idiots in our building did not reserve the elevators and in general hindered our move in any way possible they remained calm and just continued working.
When I completely underestimated the amount of «stuff» we had Jason, Mark, and Mike did not panic and arranged additional transport.
They also protected the furniture extremely well more so than anyone else I have moved with (have moved a lot!).
I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a move.
PS Darren who helped on the second day also did an extremely good job.

I use In and Out Moving for all of my clients at Simply Home. Most of my clients are seniors who are downsizing and I can be sure that the guys are respectful of both my clients and their possessions. They are always friendly, professional and efficient with their time while being careful with wrapping and handling furniture. Both pricing and service are fantastic and they are always a pleasure to work with!

Most honest mover I have ever experienced. The truck showed up exactly on time and the two guys jumped into action. They assessed the items to be moved and proceeded to carefully wrap and protect all furniture. Nothing had any damage and they placed all items where we wanted them in the new location. They unwrapped everything and removed all garbage.
The most surprising part of the move is that they were finished in much less time than we expected. The bill reflected exactly how long they’ve took and was calculated from when the truck arrived at our house until the last piece of furniture was placed to our satisfaction. We were charged quite a bit LESS than we expected! When was the last time anyone could say that about their experience with a mover?
We can give this company five stars happily.

In & out Moving did a fantastic job for me. I would give a 4.5 or a 5 star rating. I found Jason to be extremely professional and responsive to my needs. He obviously understands that moving is stressful. They were also flexible to change the moving day since we were able to take early possession of the new place. The moving crew worked fast and were very careful with everything. They charged me exactly what they said they would and I was happy add in a little extra as a gratuity for a job well done. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I had a GREAT moving experience with these guys! In & Out Moving made my move completely hassle-​free and fast. After reading a host of bad reviews about movers in Toronto (though none about this company), I was incredibly anxious about them being slow, snarky, or not showing up at all. My fears were completely allayed when one of the guys called me ten minutes before their scheduled time letting me know that they were on their way. They were maybe 5 minutes late, but packed up their van with my 1-​bedroom Annex apartment in an hour and unpacked it in the Entertainment District in 45 minutes.
They were a really nice trio, well-​spoken, professional, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Used In and Out Moving for a medium sized office move in Liberty Village. They were organized, professional and easy to arrange. We used frog boxes and the movers showed up and worked quickly. Will definitely use again.

We were really trying to keep to an hour so it would be affordable and despite having to back the truck slowly into a tight alley they managed to pull it off. They really hustled to help us out and even offered some great chitchat on the ride there. Friendly professional, fast and gentle. What more can you ask for from movers.

Three guys moved all of my stuff in just over an hour. They cracked jokes, were careful with all my valuables and put everything in the appropriate room upon arriving at their final destination.
I’ve used them twice, and both times they’ve exceeded expectations. This time, they even price adjusted down, because they had originally quoted me at two hours. They’re not only hard working and fast, but honest. In the end I didn’t save any money because I tipped them the difference, but these boys earned it!
Moving? Use them. Know someone that’s moving? Recommend them.

For years my dad would always help me move but this year he was unable to so I had to turn to In & Out Movers and I’m sure glad I did.
I was a bit worried about having other people move my stuff but the guys did such a great and quick job. They wrapped everything up to make sure nothing would get damaged which was a huge plus. When we got to my new place they set everything in it’s specific room which was so nice!
I feel like this job was a hard one for them aswell because we had to go through a weird back alley way with the truck instead of moving through the front, but they didn’t complain once. They even finished right on the hour so we didn’t have to pay more.
Over all I was super happy with my move and next time I move I know who I am calling.
