Established in 2011.

When I heard that Toronto had finally gotten a foothold into the «pop up market» craze, I knew I had to be involved. These re-​purposed shipping containers offer such an incredible opportunity for folks like myself who want to open a store with little or no fuss, without the massive amounts of ressources needed to open up a «traditional» restaurant. Now, since all these mini storefronts were facing the street… I immediately thought of all that magical street food available in all the exciting cities of the world! And low and behold, deep in my childhood memory… I remembered the incredible crepes I ate on the streets of Paris. PERFECT street food. Since then it’s evolved to include Italian sodas, stuffed bananas (try them, you’ll be amazed!), my homemade hot chocolate mix with cayenne pepper and cinnamon, and more recently, my «Heaven in a Cup» (layers of fruits and yummy nutella).
