This company is just a rip off, I will have to go to a rip off report to file this as well. We bought it from them for many years, and there is a product, we never open and we never use that, we contact them immediately that we have to return that and they told us yes that they can do it, but wait till our next order to return that to them, however, they never keep their promise and just rip us off for that 200 $ cartage. To be honest, with a company, wasting 200 $ is not a big deal, but its the attitude and why would you promise a customer if you can’t do the return originally. Tony (i think maybe the owner of the business) was complaining about I compare their price with COSTCO. CA, come on, everyone in the marketing is comparing …

I’ve been a customer of this place for years. The service is fast and the prices can’t be beat… No matter how crazy. You essentially name your price once you find a competitor advertisement or website price that’s lower.
They generally have stock of both new and re-​manufactured printer toner and inks for nearly every printer… even some of the very very elderly printers I had to maintain when I was working as a freelance IT professional.
The guy on the phone while sometimes swamped with calls knows nearly every printer or genre of printer from the serial numbers of the cartridges! Needless to say, he knows his stuff.
The prices are super low, so they don’t have cleaning staff, or a fancy website, or a fancy office, or a proper order-​entry/​invoicing system. But eventually you do get your invoices in the mail.
This place will forever serve all my ink and toner needs!
