We are a certified water damage company whose vast pool of skilled technicians and state of the art equipment allow us to respond quickly and efficiently to any size of flood emergency. We have much expertise and experience in Catastrophic Storm Response and have been instrumental in the clean up of several flash floods and severe storms in the area including Peterborough (2004), Toronto (August 2005), Vaughan (July 2009), and more recently Peterborough (March 2012) and Montréal (June 2012).

Established in 1999.

We have been operating in Toronto’s emergency flood services industry for well over a decade. We started out as a commercial carpet cleaning & maintenance company and quickly expanded when we saw the need for reliable, certified water damage professionals in the GTA. We then went on to add other services such as repairs and renovation and after construction cleaning in order that we could become a full-​service one-​stop shop restoration company. Today, we proudly respond to many small and large water damage emergencies in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors and continue to proudly serve the property management and insurance industries. We offer integrity service with integrity pricing.

Business Owner

Chad Vanvari hails from Montréal, Quebec. He originally began his career in the restaurant industry, travelling across Canada and the U.S. starting out in the kitchen, then working as a waiter. Through his work experience, he gained valuable insight into the importance of customer service and of maintaining valuable relationships between suppliers, co-​workers and clients. Through hard work, determination and perseverance, he eventually started his own restaurant in Chicago, Illinois. After several successful years in the U.S., Chad was ready for a change and returned to Montréal in 1993. It is then that he started a cleaning business and where he was certified (by the IICRC) in carpet care and cleaning as well as hard surface cleaning and flood extraction. In 1999, Chad decided to make another change, taking his new cleaning business on the road to Toronto, Ontario. It was here in the GTA that he gained his extensive experience in and knowledge of Emergency Water Damage Cleanup.
