Don’t rent with this company. The worst service that you can possibly get.
The renovations were sloppy, everything is just either painted over or just left like it was. The vent in my apartment was not working at all, leading to a moldy bathroom, but they are saying that its exactly how it’s supposed to work.
Staff is rude, the managers suck, especially Spomenka (or whatever her name is spelled) just called me stupid when we were signing the contract, just because I started reading it, instead of just signing it.
There was constant construction all around the building since I moved in. Constant construction since may and its not done by the moment of writing this review, which is written in November.
My apartment is full of dust. No one wants to fix anything, the have an excuse for everything.
The noise of drill and jack hammers is driving me insane.
I would strongly recommend not to rent from this property management, unless you like noise and idiots around you.
