Bringing awareness to oneself and exercising mindfulness to our planet by reducing the ecological footprint is at the heart of what we do.

At Green Lavender we believe that every purchase decision has an effect on us, our family, and ultimately our planet as a whole. We offer products that are produced in a socially responsible manner, either natural, local or fair trade.

As important as it is for us to be conscious of the environment around us, it all starts with bringing stillness and awareness to ourselves. Our Yoga classes are about connecting the mind with body through physical postures, meditation and breathing techniques. Our small class format is a perfect venue to ensure that attention, guidance and care is given to each individual.

Our mission is to be a community based store that brings about awareness to make a positive difference in the world we all live in. We invite you to help us make that difference.

History

Established in 2009.

Having spent several years in corporate retail, co-​owners Joanna and Mia were determined to share their passion for conscious living. In an effort to make green more accessible, Green Lavender was born.

So we are often asked how we decide to do this.

The decision was much easier then one would expect…

Mia: «You know… we should open up a business together, wanna do it?» Joanna: «What a great idea. Let’s do it!»
