HORRIBLE customer service.
Website clearly states they do TCA peels.

Reception turned me away because I’m American. No matter that I’m here to visit for 3 months, or that I routienly get TCA peels at home (2 – 3 year), the fact that I’m foreign had reception hang up on me.
RUDE.
Just cause your medspa is on Yonge doesn’t mean your $%^* doesn’t stink.
Money is money, and as a former medspa OWNER, and someone who will be spending 6 months a year (minus a day) in Toronto I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. Gidon, you just made a HUGE mistake. Obagi, peels, microderm, Botox… I spend a pretty penny on looking good. Shame on you.
