Gelico Gallery is a great new addition to the Dupont/​Christie area. It is an artist run, independent gallery. For their grand opening Gelico is showing «PARADIGMS» as their opening exhibit.
They’re just getting up and running, as they just opened this week. Currently there is just the artists’ works, but are looking to add other artists in the coming weeks. On Thursday nights in May they are running an introduction to painting class for $ 60. Seems like a reasonable price. I’m interested to see what other classes they will run.
Go in to see their current works, but if you want some diversity then give them a few weeks to a month to get some others in.
