Established in 2007.

Since 2007, our professional practice has helped hundreds of people become debt free. To do this, we offer the following services: Debt Consolidation Services (Consumer Proposal) to help you avoid bankruptcy and Personal Bankruptcy Services, if needed.

Due to its diversity and size, many of the people we meet with in our Toronto bankruptcy office come from all walks of life with various reasons for financial difficulty, be it difficulty in finding employment, marital breakdown, a job loss, business failure or just overspending.

Our Toronto bankruptcy office is located at Suite 1007 – 2 Carlton Street, on the northeast corner of Carlton and Yonge Street. If you are arriving by TTC, our office is right by College subway station.

Business Owner

Victor Fong, CPA, CMA, CIRP is a Chartered Professional Accountant, licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional with several years of experience in all facets of insolvency, both personal and business.

Victor currently focuses on bankruptcies, formal proposals and restructuring for consumer debtors. He also devotes considerable energies to debtor rehabilitation through credit and budget counselling.
