I was so happy with the first order that I placed for Mother’s Day this year: I sent in the online order form from the website and Lily Contento, the owner, got back to me within the day. I missed her calls several times due to my stupid exam schedule in the US but when I finally managed to call her back, she was very helpful and attentive and explained the pricing and the arrangement very well. The flowers were delivered up to North York on Mother’s Day right after breakfast and my parents were thrilled with the service and the beautiful bouquet. $ 90 isn’t cheap, but it was $ 90 well-​spent.
I got back to Toronto and wanted to place a second order for some family friends: I submitted the order online on a Thursday evening and asked for Saturday/​Sunday delivery, and again Lily got back to me the next day saying she would call back before Saturday. Due to non-​matching schedules and the landline number on the website being out of service we weren’t able to communicate before Saturday morning, and I unfortunately had to place the order with another florist. I sent Lily an email about this (since the landline was still down); she called back later in the day sounding a little upset, which is understandable, but I needed to get my delivery in on time.
Overall I was really happy with the flowers and I’m hoping this was a one time issue: I want to be able to order from here again.

Tried the flower arranging class. For a short one of intro class, it was excellent. Our instructor Lily was patient in explaining and answering questions. She had a teaching style that allowed you the freedom to explore the art, while also providing insightful feedback from the perspective of the industry.
I learned in class that she had previously taught floral arranging classes professionally, which explains the open learning environment and her tactful way of providing feedback. Really appreciated that this wasn’t just a «show you a demo, here are your materials, now copy» kind of class. In such a short time, I was actually able to learn basic bouquet techniques that I can apply to other arrangements and don’t feel limited because someone didn’t give me the predefined set materials.
I would definitely recommend and come again.
