We stock over 45 grades of flexible polyurethane foam that can be cut, shaped and fabricated to the exact dimensions that you require.

Through our experience in supplying foam to the mattress industry we have gained valuable knowledge on what makes the very best mattresses. You should know that all foam is not created equal and that the industry is not using the best grades of foam available in mattresses that sell in most mattress stores.

Whenever Furniture or Mattress Manufacturers make a sofa or mattress for themselves they come to see us for better quality foam than what they use to sell to their customers. History

Established in 1954.

For the past 60 years, Foamite, and Foam Rubber Sales, has provided people in the Greater Toronto Area with the best and most natural comfort ingredients, for sitting or sleeping, at a great factory direct price.

In 2008 Foamite Industries, a Vaughan-​based mattress and foam manufacturer since 1988, introduced the world’s first soy-​based high resiliency foam to Canada. Koosh® Natural is made with renewable soy bean oil. It is used in numerous commercial seating applications and the best most comfortable mattresses that are customized to suit your needs. Manager

Lisa is the Owner/​Manager of the FOAMITE Toronto Factory Store. She has been involved in the Sleep and Comfort business since 2004. That is when FOAMITE bought out Foam Rubber Sales (a previous customer) and turned the location into a FOAMITE satelitte store.

They can help you make the right choice for all your sitting or sleeping requirements. In their showroom, they have a variety of beds on display so that you can lie down and experience the difference. Custom sizes are no problem. They also have a big comfy couch with seats of different firmness so that you can try them all before you decide. Foam orders can be cut for you on the spot in their workroom which is equipped with foam cutting equipment.

Foamite’s head office and factory showroom is located in Vaughan, just one block south of the Vaughan Mills Mall.
