Worst customer service ever!
Walked in to buy flowers for my grandma who is in the hospital and when I asked if she could put something together, I was refused!!! Then I asked if could just get a few roses with some green put nicely together, she slams the roses with some leaves in the foil and starts wrapping them up. I again ask if she could put it nicely together. Her reply this is all she can do and that the greens cost extra. I left the flowers and her store then and there. If I did this in my field, I would be without a job in no time.
