Flood Services Canada is a ²⁴⁄₇ emergency flood and fire restoration company operating throughout the GTA and its surrounding areas. We have over 15 years of experience responding to emergencies. We are a full service company providing the initial emergency response, extraction of the water, drying out of the properties and finally the renovation, if required. We have had a large presence in the storm damage response to many catastrophic events that have occurred over the last ten years including the following: Toronto Floods in 2005 and 2013, Peterborough Floods in 2004 and 2012, Vaughan Tornadoes 2009 and Montréal Floods in 2012, We also have extensive experience through our property manager clients in responding to many high-​rise and condominium floods. We are insurance claim specialists, offering detailed and transparent reporting directly to insurance companies. We do offer large non-​insured discounts to those who find themselves without the necessary coverage.

We also offer various cleaning services such as commercial carpet & hard surface cleaning, specialty cleaning, elevator shaft cleaning and after-​construction cleaning.

Business Owner

Chad Vanvari has over 20 years of experience as a cleaning & restoration professional. He started out in Montréal, establishing a commercial carpet cleaning company in the early 1990’s. By 2001, Chad had relocated to Toronto and now had extensive knowledge and experience in responding to fire/​water related emergencies. He has been instrumental in the cleanup of several catastrophic floods. Currently, Chad is the president and owner of Flood Services Canada, a ²⁴⁄₇ emergency service restoration company.
