I bought those online deal, thinking that my daughter and I could have our nails done before we went on our Spain trip. My daughter’s nail was done by the owner while mine was done by her daughter. Her daughter was doing a good job and my shellac nails are still looking decent other the usual wear and tear. However the owner rushed through my daughter’s and hers was finished really fast. I could tell she skipped a few steps compared to what her daughter did for me like soaking, cuticle removal and oil application at the end. Too bad I didn’t say anything at that time coz 2 days after when we’re already on our trip, couple of my daughter’s shellac actually fell off (the whole piece of the polish)! I should have taken a picture of my daughter’s nails right at that time! Of-​course I couldn’t contact them to complain until 3 weeks later after we came back from Spain. The owner wasn’t there first time I called and I left a message with her daughter. She didn’t bother returning my call. Finally got hold of her and she said she couldn’t take my word for it even though I explained the reason why I couldn’t show her her bad job right away. She said they’re just not right for us and I could write whatever review I wanted and she didn’t care! So here I am! Very nasty person! Maybe she treats regular customer better. Or maybe we used vouchers, we should only get a «discounted» service? If anyone wants to give them a shot, go ahead but make sure you ask for anybody BUT THE OWNER!

Been going here on and off for almost a year now. Services i’ve had– shellac manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing.
Pro’s: The place looks so lovely. It’s clean, quiet and nicely maintained. The owner is very accommodating. As for the services;
— shellac manicure with designs and acrylic tips was perfection! My nails lasted for weeks on end and at $ 60.00 it was well worth it.
— facial was very well done, and came with a very nice deep tissue shoulder and neck massage that was so relaxing for $ 69 it was an hour of bliss
— Waxing; recently had full arms, full legs, lower back, eyebrow, upper lid etc. all waxed and it was done quickly, thoroughly and cost about $ 110 in total! Incredibly well priced
Con’s– pedicure. I so hoped I would love this place for their pedicure because its the one service I routinely have done. However, the pedicure was ultra short 15mins or so. I’m used to a 45 minute pedicure with a nice foot soak and scrub. My heels were still cracked, the polish was poorly and hastily applied and it showed. Had to come home and redo it. Overall though, would highly recommend the manicure, facial or waxing services with these ladies.

I was not impressed with the level of service or the customer service. Would not recommend!

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had! 15 minutes and my SPA pedicure was done. They have no clue on what they are doing… Usually I prefer to keep silent if I don’t like something. I only praise and if I have nothing to praise … oh well… I hope next time I will have a better experience.. But this time it exceeded all the limits!
Beware! !! If you are planning to waist your time and money that is the place to go.

Awesome salon! Very clean & professional! Been coming here 2 years now. I recommend to friends & co-​workers. Lovely family business. Free wi-​fi. Massage, waxing & eyelash extensions. Angela does the best mani/​pedi & eyelash extensions. Perfect shellac & choice of colours. I am a loyal customer. Free parking in back or side streets. Starbucks & Timothy a few doors down. I brought my friend for a facial & he loved it. Try the 15 minute chair massage too! Love it & can’t beat the price!!!

HORRIBLE! BEWARE!
I would give this place 0 starts if I could. They are Very Rude & the place was so dirty. The owner was rude to my mother! We had gotten a deal from
and even made appointments for a manicure pedicure. Upon arrival they told us to either return the coupon and pay them cash or get out!
We were so polite and tried to sort the situation but the owner told my mother to get out and made rude gestures with her hand like she was shooing us away.
Their salon was empty and very dirty on top. Beware of these deals and don’t even think about paying full price for their service. It’s absolutely not worth it!
The comment made below by the owner is absolutely untrue. I request everyone to scroll below and read more similar reviews before heading to this salon.

Bad experience… Never go back… Like there is no more choices… I don’t know what the lady is thinking about how she runs her business without management n technical expertise.
To start she forgot to cut the cuticles of one hand n I had to remind her.
She pushed to have my tips done.
She pressed my fingers too much while filing.
She charged me taxes of the 20% tip she automatically added to my bill, I caught her n she pretended she didn’t understand English.

This place was mediocre nothing special… I went with a friend and made my appointment 2 weeks ago (buytopia special) she told me when I called to book not to get the deal that she can offer me same deal +10%off … (what I thought was odd and too good to be true) …when I arrived she told me The other worked didn’t show up yet and will soon .so the owner started and had to run back and forth from me and my friend the other worked never showed up nor did the owner call her… I didn’t find this Service excellent because she was not able to show me much attention the facial was ok the mani pedi was ok but don’t wast your time on the massage and go someplace else to wax your eyebrows

Would give negative if it’s possible. The owner, a middle aged woman is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at any spa. I purchased a groupon deal from the spa and went in today. She talks to customers like this:
«You have to pay tax 2.50 $»
Me: «here you go»
«Yeah put it right there»
I give her the $ 5 extra charge for the matte top coat and she just looks at me and says
” you are not even going to give me any tips the price for this mani pedi is very low etc.“
I had the tips in my hand and was going to give it to her in .5 second if she wasn’t so eager to point out that I didn’t tip her.
The mani pedi was mediocre, the manicure had some uneven colours but the pedicure was nice. The spa is clean and I saw her clean every pedi stations as well. Overall the ladies attitude made me feel very unwelcomed and as if I owed her something. And when I didn’t know where tell go she always had a very annoyed tone and say things like «just go over there!» As if I should have known how her spa operates. I also witnessed her being very rude to other customers and even mutter «stupid» after taking a customer phone call regarding something about the price of a facial.
I will not be going back even though she offered me a deal for next time. I get that English is her second language but her rudeness is pretty universal and has nothing to do with the language barrier.

I’ve been to feeling nails and spa a few times now and my experiences here are all amazing. The pedicure was thorough and tools are clean. I upgraded my manicure to a shellac since I know it will last longer and it lasted two whole weeks. I’ve never had shellac last so long because I naturally have oily nails so polish usual don’t stay on well but this spa made my nails chip free for two weeks. They also have a wide range of shellac and regular polish to choose from so you’ll never run out of colors to choose from. I did come with a groupon the first time and was asked to pay tax from the start but that is normal since the groupon doesn’t include tax and gratuity. I decided to pay tip as well because I know they don’t earn much from groupon and paying them what they deserve is suppose to be a norm. While I was there, I saw two people leaving without paying tips even though they were provided with great service. No wonder those girls get fed up and just ask. They are not money hungry but if you are only getting paid five dollars to do a mani/​pedi, you will also be looking forward for people paying you tips as well. They offer the same deal at store too so you can just walk in and pay 19 for both mani/​pedi. This is probably the best deal in. Toronto.

I have to say, I was reluctant to even bother redeeming my voucher after reading the negative reviews on here. But, I’m glad I decided to go as I ended up having a totally different experience from what many people Unilocaled about.
When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a pleasant employee. Yes, for the vouchers, tax is not included and so you do pay tax on the amount you paid for the voucher (in my case, $ 40). Unlike many, I was not «asked» to pay a tip up-​front however since I paid by credit, I was automatically prompted by the credit/​debit terminal, which is standard when paying debit or credit at a restaurant or a personal-​services business. So, I went ahead and included my tip (based on the actual value of the service ($ 80) right away. I suppose I could have tipped after the service, but I decided to go ahead and pay upfront for two reasons:
*I didn’t have cash on me and so it was convenient to put it all as one payment,
*I figured that going with the flow and tipping in advance would ensure a higher standard of service.
Angela did my extensions. She was pleasant, friendly and although this was my first time getting eyelash extension, seemed efficient, yet thorough. When I returned to work after my appointment, I did get comments that the quality of the job and product looked very good.
When I left the salon, the woman who greeted me was working on a client’s manicure, but she did take a moment to say good-​bye as I made my way out.
All-​in-​all, I’m quite happy with my visit. I probably won’t go for a manicure because I already have a favourite place for that service but I will very likely come back to Feeling for maintenance on my eyelashes.

I found a groupon for a $ 19 mani/​pedi and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to check it out yesterday.
The pedi was pretty decent; they have massage chairs in the pedicure area and a large tv to watch during the service. Overall, I was quite happy with the pedicure, but that’s pretty much where all three of the stars came from.
There was a young couple who came in while I was in the pedicure chair, said they’d be back a little later for her appointment, and then left. When they came back they were kind of loud and disruptive and the guy asked the woman who was doing my manicure if she had a phone charger. They seemed very familiar with each other and I almost wonder if the couple owns the salon or something because the woman was very eager to do whatever they requested. Including rushing through my polish, making the coverage uneven, and skipping the top coat to get to this girl’s service (which I suppose I’d understand if I had been late to my appointment or something, but I wasn’t).
So she put my hands in front of a fan without saying a word and then completely ignored my existence for at least 15 minutes. I finally got frustrated because I was being ignored so I got up and slowly put my shoes back on and grabbed my purse. The woman got up and turned off the fan on the manicure station that I’d just vacated, but still didn’t say a word to me or even look in my direction. So I just walked out, having already paid the tax on the groupon before the service (and having chosen not to tip because she couldn’t be bothered to finish my service or even acknowledge that I was leaving).
Now, a day later, my feet look and feel good but the polish on my fingernails is already starting to chip around the cuticles and tips. Definitely wouldn’t ever go back for a manicure, but having essentially just paid $ 19 for a pedicure, I guess I can’t really complain.

Warning to all coupon purchasers! Worst service! First let me start by saying that my sisters and I wanted to take my mom out for her birthday. Saw the deal for a mani pedi on groupon and thought what a perfect way to spend her birthday. Let’s just say the first welcome we got when we arrived was a request to pay the tax and «TIP» right away. We brushed that off, we assumed they were being considerate and didn’t want us to have to go in our purses after our nails were done. We paid the tax but not the tip. My sister wanted to get a china glaze style polish and asked a woman which I believe was the owner if she could put a white base under to make the colour more vibrant and the woman said it would cost an extra $ 5. Then she added «if you wanna do it do it if not it’s your problem». Really. Did she just say that. We got some extras that weren’t included and while I was getting my nails done the owner asked who is going to pay for it. Then she brought up the tip payment again. She said they had a very busy Saturday and people were walking out without paying tip. I have a few hunches why people may not have tipped. First, they really did not do a good job. We all walked out disappointed with the results. And second, if they asked their potential customers for tip when they walked in instead of a hello. In the end we did leave a small tip, it was pushed so much that it felt awkward to say no. Lastly the owner mentioned that for our next visit (there is no next visit) we should not purchase the coupon and instead call in and ask for the discount. Supposedly these deal websites take 50%. Absolutely horrible experience. I could go on but I think I’ve said enough.

Really good customer service, respond well to customer demands. Which is awesome! Clean and organize, and a good selection of nail polish (with a large selection of vinylux nail polish!!).
The only problem is the parking spot gets filled up fast during busy hours

This place is beautiful and great, When i first walked in, this nice girl Jessica greeted me right away. I got a manicure and a pedicure here for a really good price. There were many designs for me to choose from. The furniture is pretty relaxing too. Customer service is good, i had a nice chat with Jessica, she made my day because she is just so funny. I would definitely come here again. I recommend this place to everyone if you want cute nails and a wonderful experience.

This is the first time I’ve been to feeling nails and spa and I am already in love. The staff is friendly from the moment I walked in. They were offering me tea and guiding me to the back to hang my coat. The place is very calming and I especially love their fish tank. Angela did my gel nails and Jessica did my pedicure and they both did a exceptional job. Their tools were clean and they used single use files and buff unlike most nail salon. They even gave my gloves to shield my hands from the UV rays when I was doing my gel nails. This nail spa is close to a TTC station and it is easy to locate. There’s no doubt I will come to this place again and again.
