Horrible service, staff are all slow and incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Have shipped 5 packages there, basic small rectangular boxes to the US and every one of them were screwed up. Last one I tried to ship, the MANAGER tries to tell me there is no such thing as adding a signature upon delivery option and that he has never heard of that and refused to try to find out how the most basic option of sending packages can be added. I told him I always request it and he told me it was impossible and he has never heard of it. Extremely rude and made no effort to even attempt to find out. Will not be going back again. Very embarrassing for the FedEx brand to have such employees.
