I don’t know how to evaluate my after sale experience. first of all, the sales girl was very nice, however she put down the wrong item when we checked out, so we bought 4 different chairs from what I originally wanted. we didn’t know, until my bf picked them up from the warehouse. I didn’t go, and everyone know guys don’t have sharp sense of color scheme and style. so, he simply didn’t realize those are not the chairs we wanted to buy, until later I came home and told him. Fortunately, the color nd style of the «wrongly» ordered chairs turn out matching my dining table. so, I decide not to go through all the hassles to return them. however, he told me the waiting at the warehouse was seriously too long, like an hour, with the dispatch ticket printed, coz I called in advance. so, thumbs down to the dispatch team. I couldn’t imagine how disappointed I would be if the chairs don’t match and we had to return them, the original chairs I wanted might not be available anymore… long story short, it is a great store, but watch out what you have ordered was what you wanted lol

Horrible customer service!
We were sold a defective item. After which, after contacting them over 10 times, we finally got one of their contractors in who confirmed that this thing was broken in the first place.
Their products might be nice but their customer service is what ruins the experience.
Forgot to mention: when we were trying to contact them non stop, all we kept getting was attitude from the people who were answering the phone!
Will not shop there again

Stopped in after checking out ELTE and was pleasantly surprised by some of their prices and quality of selection. Apparently they carry everything in stock, so if you see something on the display floor that you like, you can purchase it and take it home the same day.
«Flea market» section features clearance items for reduced prices — most are single end of line items or damaged. You won’t find the super high end designer items here, but it’s worth checking out if you’re going to be in the area.
If you require shipping, they charge a flat rate of $ 150 for three large items (4 dining chairs count as 1 item).
