I purchased an unlimited laser hair removal for $ 199. It was good for a while and the staff was friendly but during my last 3 sessions they were always having trouble with the machines so I would wait for about half an hour or so. The last time I was there I was with 2 other people who had appointments before me. Mine was at 11am and I came at exactly 11am. I waited for a good 45 minutes until the guy waiting with me got pissed and talked to the owner(?). So they gave us free microdermabrasions, it was nice but I knew they were buying time. So when I was done I was there probably for 2 hours. I thought I’d be able to get my laser done right away but unfortunately they wanted to give me a schedule later that day. I didn’t want to wait any longer so they said they would call me in a week when the machines are fixed for a reschedule. I did not get a call. Never going back there again. Good service but they only have 2 rooms now I think and the machine seems to be always broken. Too bad. I have 3 more sessions left.

I had a difference experience than the other two reviews. I was pretty nervous about the Ecospa because the voucher deal was so cheap($ 39 for three 60 minutes facials, I thought it too good to be true) and because booking an appointment was a nightmare, but the place and facial itself was great. I was aware that it was a spa in a college and feared that it would be a very cold and non-relaxing environment. But I found the reception area nice(I’ve been to a lot worse tiny little«spa» places), the initial forms and consultation at beginning of appointment professional and the facial itself was great. I can’t believe I got such a great deal. The only reason I gave it three stars was because booking the appointment was frustrating. I called several times and left messages that went un-returned and even e-mailed the address on the website. Only after I contacted Dealfind to say that I tried unsuccessfully tried to contact them did they finally call me back to arrange an appointment. I know that business receive a barrage of calls after a deal starts but still it’s bad customer service to just ignore numerous calls.
