I was going to come here since it’s close by my work, but the administrative workers were rude, and not very informative. After emails and phone calls of going back and forth on how to retrieve and send over my existing files from another clinic, it seemed impossible to just go over some ultrasounds. Never made it here, but judging by the wait times and quality of service from other reviewers, it may have been for the better.

Wait times are quite long, but that’s a given for walk-​in clinics. They really do try their hardest to get you in quickly. Really like Dr. Koffman — she’s patient, warm and knowledgeable. Other doctors I don’t care for as they only really care about «getting paid» and rush you through to get in as many patients as they can.

This clinic is the worst. My husband and i went in on a Saturday morning wanting to request for a simple blood work. We got in at 9:25 am and waited for 2 hours and left without seeing the doctor because this wait time was simply ridiculous. At least 5 people who went in after my husband had left before him. My husband explained that he only want to request a blood work so it should be a quick appointment and asked if he can see the doctor quicker. He waited inside for another hour during which time no nurses came to update him. He looked outside the room and the nurses were just chatting. If you can, avoid coming here. The doctors and nurses in this clinic do not respect your time and you as a patient.

Awful wait times. Five women sitting around the desk, laughing and chatting while I waited for over an hour with no one else in the waiting room. Complete disregard for me as a patient and my time.

Both me and my boyfriend had visited here for different issues.
I dropped in on Sunday morning because I had an allergic reaction from using bunch of new cosmetics. The doctor was very nice but she was in a rush, and the prescription she gave me worked. But it wasn’t going away completely and I visited again two weeks later because I was told to do so. I met a different doctor and she was in a even bigger rush. She wasn’t interested to hear anything I say but she prescribed me steroid-​based pills to take for a month! even the pharmacist next door said I shouldn’t take them that long. She also prescribed me epinephrine, which is apparently like a needle i have to stab myself with if I have a breathing problem. I told her I don’t have a problem breathing and the reaction was only external, limited to my face, but she prescribed it anyway. I had no idea what epinephrine was so I took it to the pharmacist too and it would have costed me a fortune if I didn’t have student insurance.
My boyfriend had a headache for a month so he visited the clinic too. They couldn’t tell what it was and he was scheduled for an ultrasound appointment at noon on a saturday but he called in prior to schedule it for 11am. we came to clinic at 11am and we waited for TWO HOURS AND 40 MINUTES! I asked the lady why the wait is so long even with an appointment and she bluntly said the patient before us is taking long, but it usually always takes this long per patient. I asked her again if that’s the case why did she schedule us at this time? what is the point of appointment if we have to wait two hours and 40 minutes? Then she said you can go and reschedule for a later date. WHAT??? my boyfriend was having a really bad headache and shortage of breath at that time but he waited all this time and she was telling us we can leave and reschedule! I gave up talking to her it was pointless. After we finally saw the doctor and took the ultrasound I saw the time slot sheet taped on the door. Apparently the lady at the reception didn’t make the change!!! He was still scheduled for noon! but it we would have waited hour and 40 min even if she had made the change. I was so mad and swore I wouldn’t come back here.
we called in a week later to ask about the results from the ultrasound, blood, and urine test and she was like «honey, if we don’t call you, there is nothing wrong with your test, so don’t call. ok?»
Wow.
This all happened over a month and they still don’t know why he’s having a headache and they hadn’t diagnosed him or prescribed him anything. It was a major waste of time. We went to see a different doctor at a different clinic and they diagnose him it was because of stress and they came back with a blood test result in one day. And they called us even though nothing was wrong with his results.
the only reason i gave two stars is because it opens on Sunday.

probably one of the worst walk in experiences I’ve ever had.
Got there at 225pm, signed in. Other people who got there at least a half hour after me were seen before me. When I finally said something the woman at the desk assured me Id be seen first anyway because there are two doctors.
I even heard the women saying my name and how I was supposed to be next. SO they obviously knew they were messing up. But wouldn’t fix or admit it.
I also know those people were not appointments because I saw them get processed.
I had asked to use the phone because my cellphone was not working and my father was taking care of my 1.5yr old and I wanted to check in because they told me the wait would be 30 minutes and it was at this time 355pm.
They wouldnt let me use the phone or even give me the wifi password to call.
The dr then finally saw me after a nurse said «she is next, please see her now» which I assume I was NOT next in line, which is even more infuriating.
The Dr was nice, but seemed a little defensive and offended when I explained to her that I had been there forever and people were let infront of me.
I had to get blood work done, so the Dr told me Id be shown to the blood work area.
A woman grabbed a paper and started walking away… and I had to ask if I was supposed to be following her so she asked my name and then said yes. Very confusing.
Got there, the lady literally took one look at my arms and said «no.» I have tattoos all over my arms and this may have intimidated her. But I know for a fact because I donate blood and have suffered from anemia and had alots of blood work done in my day that my veins are not hard to find. She just didnt’ want to touch me.
So then she left and I could hear her complaining about how I can’t have my blood taken and how she wasnt going to touch me.
So I was left to sit there alone for another long while.
Then the Dr. walked past who then noticed I was STILL sitting there alone and yelled at a woman to take my blood.
A nurse came in and VERY aggressively jammed the needle into my arm and Actually jumped and yelled!
Then she was yelling at the other woman infront of me that students arent allowed to take peoples blood and she shouldn’t even try.
Then I was ignored so I just left. I then asked to use the phone for the 5^th time and she said yes I assume because the Dr was standing right behind her.
I walked out at 420pm
I have been to walk in clinics before. But this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had.

Got in on Saturday 9:35, left 11:15, time with doctor 5 minutes.
Staff is helpful, and doctor is very good, but wait time is long.
Though again, it is a walkin clinic they can’t control how many people get sick around them.

I went into this clinic on a weekend after breaking my toe. I didn’t live in Toronto at the time and didn’t have my health card on me and they were kind enough to service me (hence the 2 stars).
There are major issues with the administration though. I had to pay $ 80 up front since I didn’t have my health card on me. I called the next day to provide my valid health card information. They said I could just come back in within 3 weeks to get my money back. I did go back in within 3 weeks at which point they told me they couldn’t give me the money and I had to come back another time. So I did. Then they said they would send me a cheque in the post. They didn’t. I’ve followed up about 6 times (in person and phone) and now it’s just a waste of my time so I’m writing this review instead.

The clinic is not bad, but the waiting time is too long. We have to spend 40 mins to one hour and half to wait to see the doctor.

Friendly, professional staff and decent wait times make this a pretty good spot to go if your regular doctor’s office is closed on weekends.
I came in here to get some relief for a cold that was NOT GOING AWAY. We waited for maybe 15 minutes and I got taken into an examination room where a nurse took my details and asked me to wait for the doctor. The examination room had a small TV playing CP24, which was a nice touch. The doctor was in about 5 minutes later, gave me a quick look over and wrote me a prescription for some antibiotics for my bronchitis. She was friendly and attentive, even though she was in a rush (the waiting room had filled up during my time there).
Note, parking is in the back of the building and costs $ 3 for the first 1.5 hours. The entrance to the clinic is in the front of the building, there’s no entry from inside the building, which is sort of irritating. Also, the waiting room is small and pretty cramped. Bring your own entertainment as it’s been found that doctor’s office magazines spread germs so they’ve removed them.
