History

Established in 2006.

DUSK began in 2006 as a small boutique in Wasaga Beach, Ontario above Sunshine on a Cloudy Day. The store quickly became a beacon of fashion, music, culture and activity in the community. Having outgrown itself, DUSK moved to a larger space nearby and began to host live music and fashion shows. Owner Faythe Pal brought the store to her native Toronto in 2011, with a dream of expanding the DUSK concept to include a Tattoo Studio, more designer lines and more in-​store performances. Our building on Queen Street West at Bathurst was acquired and extensively remodeled to make her vision reality. Shortly after opening, an in-​store Body Modification studio was added, featuring DUSK manager and talented body modification artist, Matt Cottrell.
