Dr Violeta Danciu

Dr. Violeta Danciu is quite competent and does regular dental procedures and acts as a dental surgeon – which saves on outside referrals to a dental surgeon.
Her office receptionist is outstanding. She always lets you know about appointments and tries to fit you in whenever possible. She is polite, courteous, and quite professional.
Dr. Danciu is also wonderful at finding a way to avoid paying out-​of-​pocket expenses, she reads policies well to see ways that you can be covered – without violating any ethical practices.
The only issue I have with her and her dental assistant, is that, they speak their own language when conducting the dental procedures on patients. The patients often lie in the dental chair and hear the dentist and assistant converse in their own language when asking for intstruments or other dental procedures – or so I think! Please remember that the official languages in Canada are English and French – not Romanian. A more professional approach would be to STOP speaking in their native language while Treating patients. Save this for your personal private conversations, please! This would enhance your professionalism.
