Dr. Sliwin is a board certified Plastic Surgeon who received his certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He received his medical degree from the University of Toronto. Dr Sliwin’s hospital privileges are at The Scarborough Hospital. The majority of his cosmetic procedures are at his private fully accredited facility in Toronto, The Forest Hill Institute of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery which he opened in 1992, His surgical staff consisting of Anaesthetists and nurses have been working side by side with the doctor for many years.
Dr. Sliwin Opened the first adipose derived stem cell bank in Canada, Adisave in 2012. He believes in the power of stem cells and is applying to begin the first clinical trials in Canada with these stem cells
