The receptionist wasn’t friendly on the phone. On the day of my first appointment I waited for an hour and a half. Dr. Collins is very nice, but seemed to be overworked that she forgot to use a pair of gloves before examining my teeth. After waiting for over three weeks, I got an unprofessional email from the receptionist saying when my next appointment would be and how much I would have to pay. The staff in the place can use some basic customer service traing.
