Downtown Notary Toronto provides affordable, convenient and easy notary public and commissioner for taking oaths and statutory declaration services. We are committed to providing professional, accessible and high quality services to our clients.

We offer a full range of services, including: witnessing of signatures; affidavits; consent to travel letters; statutory declarations; authentication and legalization of documents; and commissioning of oaths. We specialize in mobile services, and we also offer evening and weekend appointments to fit your busy schedule.

Notarizations and commissions are $ 30 for the first, $ 15 for each thereafter. Mobile and late night services are available for additional fees, please visit our website for details.

Downtown Notary Toronto was founded in 2014 by Alison G., a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
