I’ve been a customer of David’s at DMW Insurance for three and a half years, both for commercial and residential, and now for motorcycle insurance as well. I’ve always found David to be prompt, professional and personable when dealing with my insurance needs.
I’d definitely recommend him. In addition to his helpful and straightforward business approach, he always seems like a thoroughly good human being. He also has a sense of

We’ve been DMW insurance customers for 15 years. During these years we had only one accident, not our fault. While negotiating with the insurance company about the compensation I hoped DMW were on my side but got a strong feeling that they were on the insurance company’s side.
This is why I decided to shop around for the next insurance term and found out that there are much better options out there! When I let DMW know that I’m leaving they’ve cut communication with me altogether, stopped answering voice and e-mail messages.
Bottom line, these days you can shop for insurance on-line with better results. You might need a broker only to help you negotiating with the insurance company in case of some complication, but this is not the case with DMW insurance.
Not only they work not for you but for insurance company, but they will leave you alone when you need them most.
