History

Established in 2010.

Here’s the deal. For the last 25 years I’ve been buying and selling the finest quality meats to the finest quality establishments all over the world. Selling it to buyers who demand the very best. Then I asked myself why these same remarkable cuts of meat aren’t available to my friends and family. So I asked around. Talked to my neighbours. Gave them samples. Told them I’d deliver right to their door.

Well, their response is why DJSTEAKS​.COM is now a reality. They pretty much told me I had to do it. So here I am and I guess, because you’re reading this, you’re here too. Thanks for that. It’s appreciated.

I’m sure you’re asking yourself who exactly DJ is and what exactly he knows about steak. Well, those are reasonable questions to be sure, so I thought I’d take the time to explain who ‘the man behind the meat’ is. Please read the History section to find out more about myself and how I started DJSteaks​.com.

If I fall short, email me and I’ll make it right. If, on the other hand, you’re as delighted as I think you’ll be, I’d love to hear about that as well. In fact, don’t tell me, tell a friend. That’s even better. I guess it comes down to this. The quality of a DJ Steak will come second only to the quality of DJ service. That much I can promise you.
