Devry Smith Frank LLP had its genesis in 1964, when Howard Devry and Bill McClintock founded McClintock and Devry in Don Mills.

Devry Smith Frank LLP is successor to: McClintock and Devry; McClintock, Devry and Pierce; Devry and Deeth; Eric Bowman Q.C.; Rogers, Smith Dick & Thompson; and Keith and Kramer.

It has always been our practice’s guiding principle to build on our relationships with individuals and their businesses, making them the cornerstone on which our firm was built. And build it they did — organically, person to person, one client at a time.

Despite our rapid growth, we strive to maintain a culture that increases the depth and breadth of our services without sacrificing these relationships.
