History

Established in 1986.

The original showroom was approximately 2500 square feet. It was originally open only to the design trade and not open to the public. We offered beautiful imported furniture and accessories from around the world. The most prestigious interior designers from Canada found their hidden treasures in our showroom.

We have expanded today to 100,000 square feet of beautiful home furnishings. We have continued to be the leaders when it comes to value, style, and selection. We are famous for our ability to constantly change and have new and fresh products in our showroom weekly.

Manager

Steve and Howard are now third generation in the furniture industry. We have over 25 years experience and work day to day in the business. Our time is split between managing sales and buying and advertising. We are very hands on in the business and enjoy interacting with our clients each day. if your in one of our stores don’t hesitate to ask for us and we would love to meet. We learnt a long time ago that teh key to any business is its valued customers and staff. We believe the comforts of home start with the interior space and how your furniture makes you feel. Will never set foot in this store ever again. Had purchased some items there in the past and was happy with them. However we purchased a large wall unit from them and had them check the measurements to ensure it would fit the space. When the arrived to deliver it and install it would not fit as they had neglected to measure the base that the unit sat on. We had to return it and was provided with a store credit. Some months later we went in to the store and found a piece and told them to use our store credit, $ 1400. They said they did not have anything on record on the purchase or the credit. The sale person that had been working on our order was also not working there any more. So at the end of a great deal of frustration we gave up as we did not have a receipt as we had given it back to the deliver guys in error.
The customer service after sale was disgusting and short of say they robbed, which we feel they did, Keep away.

They dont have proper internal coordination. Also their delivery manager is very rude to customers and he has a big mouth on him. He threatens customers.

I like this store a lot. It has a wide variety of styles for every taste — from the classical, to the contemporary and modern. The prices are pretty affordable. There aren’t too many sales, as far as I can tell. The salespeople obviously work on commission, as they stalk you like prey. If you walk in with a stroller — watch out, they’ll be all over you like a young gazelle.

I came here by fluke, it was actually on our way to one of my friends party and my husband and I decided to stop by and check it out. I’ve been on a hunt to find a sofa for over a month now, but nothing has really caught my eye, when I first walked in, I noticed how big this place is. The sales associates were really helpful. I like independent shopping, I hate sales associates follows me around. The one lady that was helping me was great, she kept enough distance that I was able to browse on my own, but I was able to call her when I need help.
I love the décor here, I am going for a rustic look and this place has just that. They have modern and rustic accent furniture which really caught my eye.
I end up buying a sofa here, love love this place!!!
