4th time staying here. Unfortunately it is the only Hotel in Beaches in close proximity to my office and everything else was booked. As always, the lingering stench is embedded in the carpets, linens, and drapes. We even had to buy our own disinfectant on 2 occasions. I ’ ve asked in the past to change rooms and that the room was filthy and rank. the front desk did not offer a solution as simple as sending house keeping back to check the room. After reading reviews from the website, I am appalled that the GM has even accused past guests of their so called«invalid complaints» which were the same as mine. Clearly they don’t care about Hospitality or their returning Guests. Not to mention these rooms are just as expensive as a 4 star hotel. I would not stay here if there was anything else available in the area — This explains why their is a lack of care in regards to customer service and hospitality. On another note, wifi is poor and even the front desk did not read my reservation properly and asked me to pay for the room when it was already paid for. It might help if they hire someone that actually likes helping and welcoming guests… that is all.

Stayed here for 4 nights from Boston. There was free parking, in a semi secure lot. The desk help was always friendly. There was free breakfast, always fresh, and the street car stops right outside the door. This was a great mid point between downtown and the beaches. The only reason for the lack of the 5th start was how outdated it was. It was clean, but definitely almost ready for a renovation.
