I try to visit a DavidsTea location at least once a week to broaden my knowledge and taste for various teas. I usually have great experiences at any location I visit, but my favourite is definitely the Roncesvalles one!
Every employee I have met at this location has been extremely kind, friendly, experienced, enthusiastic while not annoying and in-​your-​face, and genuinely sweet. I don’t know why it’s always this way, but hey, not complaining at all!
This location will always let you try their new/​featured flavour of the month, and will always guide you to your perfect tea.

There’s something to like about a place where the customer service is excellent. When I come to this location, I feel like the employees genuinely like customers and tea. I love it when the staff tell you their favourite teas and share their reasons for liking a particular blend.
I am not sure if it is a training program or some HR wiz, but David’s Tea has staff at this location who could serve customers anywhere. I am not always so impressed by large chains’ service, but this one is fantastic.
Beyond the service, David’s has an amazing array of teas and gift ideas. The Just Peachy iced tea is a favourite that I look forward to having again soon.

This DavidsTea location is beautiful, with a gorgeous white brick wall and a lovely seating area at the front. As with all DavidsTea establishments, the staff inside were super friendly and helpful, offering samples of the Coffee Cake tea from the latest Winter collection, and making suggestions and recommendations (aka upselling). While the majority of the teas at Davids smell amazing (ask for a sniff from any of the jars that line the walls), I find that some of the flavoured teas can be a bit hit or miss — some have a lingering aftertaste that can be unpleasant. My sister ended up buying some of the «White Chocolate Frost» tea, and it tasted good, but lined the cup with an eerie green ring.
With the holiday season approaching, there are lots of gift options for tea lovers and aficionados, ranging from tea sampler packs to teapots and travel mugs. They also make beverages to go, including tea lattes, if you want to warm your hands with a hot beverage during a stroll down Roncesvalles. If you’re driving, try finding parking on a nearby side street to avoid parting with your change at the meter.
