As usually I am happy to see different Davids Tea locations, and this one did not let me down. The employees were really friendly and knowledgeable, the store itself is big enough to look around without bumping into other people (here I mean Eaton Centre’s location!) and the displays are well organized and clean.
Will be happy to come back soon.

Great service! I love the samples they provide.
I highly recommend trying Red Velvet, and Choconut for chocolate lovers. They have a lovely subtle smooth chocolate taste. Red Velvet is great if you want a sweeter option.
Forever nuts is a best seller and excellent if you like sweet apple treats. It’s nice with agave nectar if you want it more sweet, but I personally like it as it is.
I’ve tried a few other teas but so far those three are my favourites!

I like coffee, but i love tea… Davids had a fix for any kind of tea you are looking for.
The only downside is that it’s quite pricey at $ 3 for a tea…

Only recently have I actually been into tea!
The only I really enjoyed from here was the chocolate rocket, I love the fresh aroma it gives off of chocolate and instead of having coffee I choose this tea since it also has an energy booster which gets me started on my early mornings.
The only issue I have with Davids Tea is that most of their teas have artificial flavours which in my opinion was very shocking to me when I read the fine prints on the packaging of the teas.
I would however recommend you to try it at least once where they have an outrageous selection of different flavours and blends of teas but as for me trying it once was good enough for me as there are many different tea places in Toronto that don’t have that nonsense artificial flavoring!

Met with a sample and a smile. Customer service was top notch. They have a good selection of steeping toys and accessories. Delicious selection of tea leaves. I make a point of shopping here every time I am in town.

I am usually a Starbucks or Tim Hortons consumer. However, that all changed when I made a trip to Davids Tea in Yorkdale!
I received THE BEST service so far from Davids Tea that will make me come back more often from now on. Kelly was the one who had helped me on that fine day. She first asked me to try their two featured samples of the day, which were Guava Cadabra and Coconut Grove, both tasted really good! Kelly proceeded to asking me about my preferences and I’m usually inclined into the sweeter side of things. I insisted in getting Red Velvet, a huge favourite by many, and then she showed me so many other ones like Birthday Cake, Fantasy Island, Butter Rum, Salted Caramel, Love Tea, and another one which I cannot recall. I got the chance to smell and feel the samples. I literally wanted to get a taste of each one! She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and their origin.
I ended up getting a regular hot cup of Red Velvet as well as 100g of it to take home, I made the sales lady to make the choice between Birthday Cake and Fantasy Island, and she actually gave me 25g of Fantasy Island for free. I was so ecstatic and grateful as soon as she said, «It’s on me». I was beaming with joy! Had such a great time and the staff is just amazing! I don’t live anywhere near Yorkdale but it’s worth the trip.
Now I’m just wondering if all other locations deliver the same service I received from the Yorkdale location.

For those concerned about price, it’s moderately priced, and their regular-​sized cups to go is less than $ 3.00 of your tea of choice. The 25g of tea depend on the type and flavour of tea, please keep in mind that you’re not going to get an exact amount of 25g; usually, you’ll get even close to 30g. Other than that, you tea lovers should definitely try Davids Tea, better than any tea shop I’ve been to or the cafes that offer tea!
I also found out that the awesome lady that served me was the DM of David’s Tea for that region. Amazing! I was really lucky to be served by someone from higher management. Thank you Kelly.

Beautiful new location located in the new wing of the Yorkdale mall. This Canadian company has a wide selection of loose teas and knowledgeable staff to find that perfect one for you. If you enjoy tea you will love this place.
