Colin Byrne has no idea what he is doing. He is a sheister. Find another agent and don’t give Colin Byrne your commission.
I made the mistake of asking him to be my agent to sell my house last year and he was tardy, lied to me, can’t do math and had no idea how much basics elements cost to fix on the basis of the home inspection. He even had the audacity to ask me to refer others to him. What garbage!
When I complained to his manager I was told he would do nothing and would not adjust the commission — that he would protect the commission that was due to himself as a manager…
I can go on and on but at this point if you’ve come this far, it’s your choice.
Calculate what 2.5 or 5% of commission on the sale of your house will be and decide if you want such a sheister to have that much money.
