Gavin Chen took the liberty of posting an ad on Craigslist describing my property and showing photos of the interior, without my permission. The ad is still on Craigslist, and is being renewed on a regular basis, so this is no accident. This is completely unethical. He obviously trolled for this information from an old listing, and is using it to fish in prospects — the ad directs people to fill in a form at his website. Put Gavin Chen and Coldwell Banker on your list of agents never to call.
