Coffee Time

This is my neighborhood Coffee Time. I have became a fan ever since on one rainy night I stepped in to a Dufferin location :)
Since Coffee Time’s are not as busy as Timmy’s they seem to be cleaner and better maintained. We have been to this location several times, especially on early mornings when we crave for a coffee shop kind of a brekkie. You will always find older Greek men there, whether early morning, afternoon or evening. We are usually the only not so regulars there, as seems that the staff and the other clients all know each other.
We have tried the Classic BLT Sandwich (vegetarian option, adding cheese), Egg & Cheese Brekwich, Buttered Bagel and Garden Vegetable Sandwich. There are still options to go. We have always hot chocolate to share, which is nice and creamy, definitely better than at Timmy’s.
Dessert has been always the same Apple Fritter, yeah killer size (check the photo!) and killer amount of calories (sic! 620 kcal!!!). This is so yummy and a real treat to share with a companion. Oh yeah, on my first visit to Dufferin location we shared a massive Berry Extreme, another massive amount of calories: O
Service has always been nice and fast. We can substitute this and that thanks to the great stuff. Washroom is clean, though you need a key to be able to go there.
