Everyone who works at this store is super polite and not into the snobbery that affects other Coach locations. Additionally, I purchased a bag in Sept 2010 that was defective (the metal rings began to peel). I went to the store immediately, didn’t have any receipt and they gave me a brand new bag no questions asked. I offered to send it away to be fixed and the manager said that wasn’t necessary. Very good customer service. I’m always happy when I leave, with gifts for myself or not.

Oh, Coach. If only the quality of your product matched the eye candy that is your store. On the low end of the semi-​luxury scale, this Coach store in the middle of Mink Mile, in between Lacoste and Chanel and across from Escada, is large, bright, spacious and a pleasure to browse in for handbags that one can afford. The staff is friendly and will most likely compliment you on the purse that you come in with.
I find that the quality of their bags isn’t that great though, with bubbles in the leather and colour that rubs off easily. If I really wanted a fashion, one-​season handbag, I suppose this is an option to window shop in.
