If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just had the most horrible experience here. I dropped off a pair of my husband’s boots and a pair of my shoes for repair/​cleaning. When I went to pick up, my husband’s boots were fine but my heels had a GASH across the toe box. The owner proceeded to tell me they were like that when I brought them in, which was a blatant lie. If the gash was there when I brought them in, wouldn’t I have asked him to fix it along with the repair job I requested? I was so disgusted, I left my shoes behind and only paid for the boots. What a dishonest, disgusting thing to do. This guy is a total scammer — DO NOT give him your business!

I’m giving them 5 stars as I’ve been using their services for five years with great results.
Shoe/​sole repair, dry cleaning, key cutting and button sewing (while I waited!). Service was always quick. Dry cleaning rates are same as elsewhere downtown. The owner always greets me even as I am walking by.

I have to say that the biggest draw of this place is the location and the late closing time (6:30pm). The owner is always there and remembers your name, which is a nice touch.
I bring my dry cleaning and shoe repairs there. They also do alterations but I’ve never tried it.
They do a decent job on dry cleaning — no complaints. The only strange mishap is that I brought my winter wool coat there and when I got it back, 3 of my buttons were loose and I had to sew them back on. I’m not sure if it was like that before, or maybe only afterwards. Never had a problem with my suits.
The price is a bit on the pricey side, but I think it’s standard for downtown PATH dry cleaners. Suits are $ 16.95. It costs about $ 8 to replace the heel on your high heeled shoes.
The other odd thing is that they don’t have an electronic card machine, only a manual imprint credit card machine.
Overall, it’s a decent place and I’m a repeat customer… until I find a better place.
