Wish could give them zero! Had a couple of bad experiences with them. Will never try them again.

I don’t usually leave feedback, but the dry cleaners at erskine did a fantastic job with my dress shirts. They brought back the brightness and most importantly they removed the stains that were imbedded deep in the fabric. Great job guys!

**I am prefacing this with the fact that the employee and her husband are lovely people, it is the owner Maria who was heinous. I just picked up my shirt to discover that a botched stain removal turned into fake Louis Vuitton being sewn onto my pockets without consent. The owner since yelled at me, telling me my shirt is cheap and that she made the design better(the shirt is from Anthropologie and cost well over $ 125, not that it matters). They refused to give my money back and did not refund the cost of the dry cleaning. I still can barely fathom that this has happened. Here’s a link to the photo and story. It’s completely shocking.

What a lovely little operation this is! Convenient location(three blocks from Yonge & Eglinton), pleasant staff, relatively quick turnaround, open on Saturdays, and so far I’ve had no qualms with the quality of the laundry & dry cleaning themselves. The only potential drawback is that the prices are a little high: With taxes, it’s about $ 2.70 per shirt for laundry, and $ 15.80 to dry clean a man’s 2 piece suit. I am not sure what the going rate is in Toronto, but elsewhere I’ve paid as little as $ 1.50 for shirts. Since everything in this city seems more expensive than cities of comparable size, though, maybe that’s not out of line.
