I saw Brandon after experiencing a shoulder injury from snowboarding — had an amazing experience. I came in with less than a day’s notice, and this place is legit (I’ve been to many TCM places in Canada and in Asia) — received Acupuncture treatment and in less than an hour I can already feel a difference in my range of motion and the stress that was built up in my shoulder. Highly recommend!

I was suffering from lower-​back pain when I found Cindy’s clinic here on Unilocal.Luckily it was also in the perfect central location near King and Bathurst.
The receptionist was friendly, helpful and they took me right away. I got a one-​hour massage and great advice from their RMT, followed by acupuncture and cupping with Cindy. Cindy is a very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with both treatment and advice, and she has an amazing touch and sense of humour. She also showed me some good stretches to do at home.
The prices were very reasonable (especially for this area of town) and I felt a huge difference, even following my first appointment. Going back regularly.
The facility is nice, they make sure you are very comfortable and they are in the process of renovating and expanding the clinic.
Oh, Cindy also specializes in fertility and they have a pain specialist as well.

I came here to relieve a pain in my throat that would not go away. I saw doctors, specialists, and none of them could help me. To some degree, I do support Western medicine, but I got tired of another doctor’s diagnosis of shrugging their shoulders and not offereing any solution. I then decided to seek a second opinion and came here.
I booked my appointment based on the fact that Cindy Lim’s practice is close to home; before meeting her, I didn’t have any idea about her reputation or knew anything about her clinic. Having seen her a few times and finally resolving my medical issue, I can confidently recommend her.
Her practice includes herself and two other practioners who specialize in acupuncture; the fourth practioner is a massage therapist. Each specialize in different body needs such as internal issues and fertility.
Cindy is very knowledgeable in her field and wants to make sure that you get better. Since she is also a registered Chinese Medicine Herbalist, you might be given herbs to drink. If you’ve never had to drink herbs, I won’t lie that they are the grossest things to drink but you know what, they work. So, stop your moaning and take them because you will get better!
The clinic is clean and well-​organized. There are eight clean private rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the prices for each visit is reasonable. If ever I get another ailment or if I’m sick, I’m coming here.
Hours: They’re open 5 days a week; by appointment on weekends.
