We provides a full range of architectural activities including: feasibility studies, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, approvals & project costing.

We have extensive regulatory experience with all Greater Toronto Area and numerous southern Ontario municipalities in connection with Zoning Review, Committee of Adjustment, Site Plan Agreement & Building Permit applications as well as Conservation Authority approvals and Ontario Municipal Board expert testimony.

As a small practice with over 15 years of experience, we strive to provide professional, personalized architectural services to effectively meet the varied needs of our clients.

Chris A. Montgomery Architect was formed as a sole proprietorship. Since that time Chris has completed work in all corners of the Greater Toronto Area as well as throughout southern Ontario.

Chris is a member of The Ontario Association of Architects. The Ontario Association of Architects is a self-​regulating organization governed by the Architects Act, which is a statute of the Government of Ontario. The Association is dedicated to promoting and increasing the knowledge, skill and proficiency of its members, and administering the Architects Act, in order that the public interest may be served and protected.

Ontario’s Architects are highly trained professionals, bound by professional ethics and regulations. To be registered as an architect, an individual must meet demanding professional education requirements, gain years of practical experience in all aspects of architectural practice and pass extensive examinations.
