Walked in after talking to a friend who said it was better than the other places he’d tried on this stretch of the danforth. I have to say i was very surprised. I thought it would be another one of those shifty places you find that don’t ever seem to have anything but are somehow still open. But it was clean. the menu was clear (and there actually was one), the prices were good and the food was incredible. I’m definitely going back especially because it’s near where i live and i like to go drinking at pubs nearby.

Good riddance to Ten Feet Tall and WELCOME Cedar’s Chawarma. So far I’ve only had a Chawarma but I can say, with everything on it, I was very impressed and will definitely be making this place a regular lunch spot and maybe even dinner. The guy preparing and serving, likely the owner, was very helpful and friendly and handles the amount of work and people very well. I’m glad to have this place in the area and I hope it lasts a long time.
