I still come to this salon even though I now live in Oakville. Once I find something that I like I am forever faithful. The entire service end to end is attentive and they make you feel like a queen. The wash always includes this wonderful scalp massage. If I could I would come daily just for the wash! Greg is my favourite stylist. He has magical hands and cuts your hair in such a way that it always looks good and falls the right way long after you have left the salon. I never appreciated the importance of this until I had a hack job done by Edward Scissorhands at another salon. In that situation my hair looked like a nest and didn’t look good at all this following day. I have also had a mani-pedi here and they also do a great job in the spa. Prices are a bit high but IMHO well worth the pampering.

Amazing salon. I asked for a haircut I got excatly what is needed. This is truly my favorite place since now. I was looking for a good quality salon for a while, tried a few, and now I know I found my truly best: P The stylist are very experienced and they know what they are doing!

This was my first visit although I lived in the area for over 15 years(moved away a couple of years ago). First impressions: Lovely atmosphere and friendly people. I followed the guy who cuts my hair to this place and I’m glad he moved somewhere so nice.

This is a great place to get haircuts. My stylist Erin is amazing. They also offer different price ranges, so it’s not very expensive. The only thing is, make sure you go to your own stylist for complimentary bangs trim. Sometimes it feels that other stylists don’t care too much and don’t get your style right…

At most salons, the person that washes your hair is someone who one day aspires to be stylist or colourist, and eventually«graduates» to a higher position within the salon. Well, I hope Michael«fails» his evaluation and is never promoted. Because if this man’s hands cannot be all up in my hair after every colour treatment I have, I will absolutely PEAK. His hands are meaty and magical, and you will fall asleep while he massages shampoo into your scalp. If Aveda clients get wind of the caliber of scalp massages going on within the walls of Capucci, they’ll go out of business, pronto. Colourist Bouchra, as always, is lovely and won’t let you do anything zany or unrealistic with your colour. Go see her, and request Michael for your hair washing. Is it ludicrous that I want to come here for a semi-weekly blowout under his tutelage?

Consistently, over the years, I’ve had Athena, and occasionally Bouchra, correct countless botch jobs I made the mistake of getting while traveling. The results have always been absolutely excellent: natural, subtle and leaving me with the choice of not coming in for another set of highlights for 3 – 4 months. I just had another bad experience at a salon in Washington, DC, and it made me swear(again) that I’ll never go anywhere else but to Capucci’s. I ended up with what looks like overall colour, with a very noticable and straight root line and a yellowish glow. It could have been a worse, but it made me miss Capuccis yet again. They listen, do what you ask for(but will warn if your idea won’t work), the attitude is friendly, and there is something for every budget.
