This has got have the cheapest gas in the city (or at least the west end). It is usually 6 – 8 cents less than Esso or Petro Canada.
They take debit and credit cards, but you have to go inside to pay. I think they open at 7:30 AM or so. I have tried to go earlier and usually there are a bunch of cabbies waiting to fill up.
