History

Established in 2008.

Business Lawgix, LLP was designed from the grounds up as a strategic business partner to businesses of all sizes.

We got rid of the traditional model of delivering legal services and combined legal advice and services with business consulting to deliver innovative, cost effective and business-​focused solutions for businesses.

Our business model ensures that our lawyers are focused on providing valuable customer service to our clients and not billable hours. We offer on-​site services at no additional charges and we never nickel-​and-​dime our clients for telephone calls, photocopying and picking up messages.

We offer business coaching services to help business owners make better decisions. We have developed training program for entrepreneurs to gain a better understanding of business and law.

We also offer customized training programs for businesses and business associations.

Meet the Manager

Vin T.

Manager

Vin G. Tsui is one of the founders and the Managing Partner of Business Lawgix, LLP. Vin has a diverse business and legal background and is a licensed lawyer in both Ontario and British Columbia. Vin prides himself on providing practical strategic business and legal advice to help businesses reduce risks, make better decisions and operate more efficiently. Vin is also a lecture and trainer in the subject areas of business and law.

Vin holds a MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business; a LLB from the University of Alberta; and a BA from the University of Toronto (with a specialist in Sociology, a major in Criminology and a major in Human Biology). He also has training in Blue Ocean Strategy, Design for Six Sigma, Human Resources Management, and Training and Development. In addition to the above qualifications, Vin brings to every project a keen business perspective, strong management skills, leadership, ADR and interviewing techniques.
