History

Established in 1985.

My name is Jeanette Shanks. I first started selling clothes at Harbour Front Market on Sundays back in the 1970’s. I opened BRAVA in 1985. We started out small, selling vintage clothing and furniture. We became a favorite shop on the Toronto scene for vintage shoppers. We have always been know for our great selection and low prices. In the last 25 years we have moved twice and are happy in our current location at 553 Queen St. W. We stopped selling vintage in 2006 and now carry exclusively new clothing.
