I had called 2 – 3 days ahead of time to make sure there would be cosmic bowling and clarify other information and I was given assurance there would be cosmic bowling by the man on the other end of the phone. That had been the main reason I chose to come here to bowl in the first place.
After we paid we asked the guy at the front desk when the cosmic bowling would start and he told us in a few minutes. Then about 15 mins later, he told us that the owner had just decided not to have cosmic bowling and that it would stay regular the whole night. We told the staff that we were told there would be cosmic bowling on the phone but he just brushed us off saying the decision was final. I would not have come this far for regular bowling if I could have done the same thing closer to home.
