I am rating this on the store alone, otherwise it gets a 3 star for having awesome occasional deals online. But this is about the store at Yorkdale.
The clothes are cheap, no doubt about it, but when you can get 50% the entire store, or $ 20 jeans buy one get one free, it’s not bad. I love the jeans I got for $ 11. and have some other basics from them. Unfortunately the last time I ordered I ended up returning most of the stuff due to poor fit.
There’s a reason I like ordering online. I HATE going into the store. It’s always a mess. Small walkways between tables and clothes, you end up bumping into someone or knocking clothes off the tables. Not that anyone would notice, because the clothes are always scattered around, and no one fixes it.
I find the employees are oblivious and lazy. Many times I have stood in line, to see them take their sweet time at cash, and clearly a huge line up, no one opens up another cash, instead they proceed to chit chat.
My last visit, I was in line, and with 3 people behind me, and before processing me, another employee came up to her to show a photo of something outside and they laughed, and I stood in line watching them. The same one also was too busy looking for a charger for her iphone, to help customers.
My return was better this time. I didn’t have to stand behind them and tell them how to do their job. I’ve come into the store at least a few times to return items I bought online, and for some reason the employees were not trained on how to input the return. Nor could they read the instructions given to them on my receipt. I had to suggest ways for them to do it.
Your best bet? Buy Bluenotes online, esp during free shipping promotions. Go back to the store to return items if needed.
