I would never do business with these guys again!
I have been without hot water for 2 days now and I can’t get anybody on their end to call me back? This is the 5th time I’ve had to get this so called new tank repaired and it’s been a bad experience each and every time.
The website with a customer service link is a dead link and the phone number is a answering service with outgoing calls only. Every site I go to has got angry comments and the BBB has 93 complaints. You know it’s bad when you Google the company and the first thing that comes up are complaints even before the Morenergy website. Honestly, one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with!
